Are they running refrigerant to cool the intake temps? Those hoses look like the R134a lines used for the A/C units. That is bloody brilliant as long as they have a way of dealing with the moisture.

Maybe this is freon coiled around the intake to further cool the intake air charge after the turbos. I briefly considered it when I had a Super Chiller created for my car. The condensation at those temps is not a real problem for the intake charge, by the time it hits anything metal it's vapor, i.e., adding to the cooling. I run meth injection pre-boost for two years and inspecting the rotors this winter notice no ill effects.
Super Chiller - intercooler coolant/freon heat exchanger, keeps the water cooling my supercharger at 44*F. Now I have some serious condensation going on, but it looks cool.

It looks like the steering wheel of around a 94 Rx-7.
It looks too much like a kit with that steering wheel.
